This PCV breather circuit is closed under load\/boost by the PCV valve and does not flow to prevent boost pressure from being pushed into the crankcase. The crankcase breather from the valve cover to the air filter inlet pipe is responsible for venting the crankcase under load\/boost. If the crankcase breather is not adequate for ventilation under load, the second 10AN ORB port can be used as a second crankcase breather to the air filter inlet pipe.
